3, increase the mechanical sealing: the coating formed by spraying can fill the original fine cracks or pores on the surface of the round plate, improve the integrity and sealing of the surface, and reduce the possibility of penetration of corrosive media.

4, self-healing ability: Some spray materials have a certain self-healing characteristics, even if the coating is locally damaged, it can repair small cracks under certain conditions, and continue to maintain the anti-corrosion effect.

5, improve hardness and wear resistance: the strong coating can resist physical wear, indirectly reducing the risk of corrosion caused by wear exposure to the matrix.

It should be noted that although arc spraying can greatly improve the corrosion resistance of the round plate, it is still necessary to check and maintain regularly in extreme environments or under prolonged exposure to ensure that the coating is intact.
