On July 6, 2021, Qilu University of Technology (Shandong Academy of Sciences) held a seminar on collaborative education for mechanical majors. The Mechanical Major Collaborative Education Alliance is a talent training collaborative innovation organization established in 2019 that combines industry, academia, research and application. Due to the impact of the new coronavirus epidemic, online communication has been maintained, and now on-site seminars are officially held. More than 50 machinery manufacturers and enterprises from all over Shandong participated in this seminar.
Jinan Tianmeng New Material Technology Co., Ltd. is a technology company with advanced thermal spraying technology and laser cladding technology as its core, providing equipment remanufacturing, green remanufacturing and in-service remanufacturing for enterprises in various industries. In layman's terms, it is a professional repair and upgrading service for waste mechanical and electrical products. In recent years, with the adjustment of the national industrial structure, the machinery manufacturing industry is also following the path of high-quality development. Additive manufacturing technology can save a lot of energy, improve efficiency, and reduce costs, which is very consistent with our national conditions. In line with the trend of economic development, the company's sales revenue has increased significantly year by year since 2018.
At the end of 2018, the company and Qilu University of Technology reached an extensive industry-university-research cooperation agreement, and specially appointed an expert in the thermal spray industry as the general manager of science and technology of our company to guide the company's innovative research and development work, guide the market demand, accelerate scientific research work, and allow more experiments laboratory results into industrial applications. As a cooperative enterprise, the company provides an experimental and practical training platform for college students majoring in mechanical manufacturing. Every year, many undergraduates and graduate students come to the company for different internships. Operate supersonic spraying, plasma spraying, and high-speed laser cladding technologies on site, and understand the spraying parameters of common thermal spray materials, such as tungsten carbide and oxide ceramics. Through factory internship, I have improved my knowledge structure.
As a cooperative education alliance unit, Jinan Tianmeng Company will strengthen industry-university-research cooperation in future work. This is the only way to innovate management, and it is also a win-win road!
