When using circular blades for slitting, you should pay attention to the following issues:

1. Blade selection and installation: Select the appropriate blade material and geometry to ensure that the blade has sufficient hardness and wear resistance. The blade must be installed correctly to ensure that the clearance between the tool and the machine tool or cutting equipment is appropriate.

2. Material selection and preparation: The material to be cut needs to be screened and prepared reasonably. The material must have a certain toughness and stability to avoid loosening, deformation or internal stress during the cutting process.

3. Cutting parameter setting and control: Cutting parameters include cutting speed, feed speed, use of cutting fluid, etc. The setting of these parameters must be reasonably selected according to the properties of the material and process requirements, and real-time monitoring and adjustment must be carried out during the cutting process.

4. Cutting fluid selection and use: Appropriate cutting fluid can reduce cutting temperature, reduce friction and wear, and thus reduce the occurrence of tool jamming. The selection of cutting fluid should take into account the properties of the cutting material and processing requirements, and it should be replaced and cleaned regularly during use.

5. Tool maintenance and care: Regularly check and trim the tool to ensure the sharpness of the blade and the stability of the tool. At the same time, regularly maintain and service the cutting equipment to keep the equipment in good condition and improve the cutting accuracy and stability.

6. Safe operation: Protective shields, work gloves, safety helmets, safety shoes, and protective glasses must be worn during operation. When the slitting circular blade is not in use, the blade must be hung vertically on a dry rack. The circular blade cannot be placed flat, which will cause the slitting circular blade to deform.

7. Correct use method: The saw teeth of the slitting circular blade are super hard and sharp. It is forbidden to collide or fall on the ground. It must be handled with care. It is strictly forbidden to install in the opposite direction. The wrong direction may cause the blade teeth to fall off to prevent accidents.

8. Inspection and adjustment: The installation of the slitting machine blade must be standardized and must be debugged before use. Regularly check, adjust, or even replace the rotating parts, regularly adjust the gap, and replace the severely worn parts in time.

9. Operation proficiency: The operator must be proficient in operation, especially when manual cutting operations are strictly prohibited from shaking the arm, otherwise it will cause uneven cutting surfaces and even broken blades to cause accidents.

10. Pre-rotation test: After installation, confirm whether the center hole of the slitting circular blade is firmly fixed on the flange of the saw table. If there is a gasket, it must be put on. Then, gently push it by hand to confirm whether the circular blade rotates eccentrically. Pre-rotate before use. After replacing the new blade, pre-rotate it for one minute before use. When the saw table is in working condition, cutting can be carried out.
