1, zinc (Zn) and zinc alloy: zinc is one of the common thermal spraying materials, especially pure zinc and zinc aluminum alloy, can provide anode sacrifice protection for the steel matrix, especially in the atmosphere and seawater environment good performance.

5, chromium (Cr) : chromium coating hard and wear-resistant, dilute sulfuric acid, nitric acid and other inorganic acids have a certain resistance, often used in the dual requirements of anti-corrosion wear occasions.

6, copper (Cu)** and its alloys: such as brass, bronze, non-oxidizing acid, alkali solution has a good tolerance, but because it is easy to produce blue green copper rust, the scope of application has certain limitations.

7, ceramic coating: such as alumina (Al₂O₃), zirconia (ZrO₂), with good high temperature corrosion resistance, can be used for harsh environment, such as flue gas, high temperature burning ash corrosion protection.

8, composite materials: the combination of the above metal and other elements, such as Ni-Cr-Al-Y, ZrO₂-TiO₂ and other composite coatings, can simultaneously have high strength, corrosion resistance, high temperature and other advantages.
