Thermal spraying technology has shown good anti-corrosion effect in the Marine environment, thanks to its ability to create a highly dense and strong adhesion protective layer, effectively blocking the invasion of corrosive media. Marine environment is challenging for the corrosion of metal structures, including the salt of sea water itself, the wet environment brought by spray, and the salt spray carried by sea breeze, which will accelerate the oxidation and electrochemical corrosion process of metal surface. The application of thermal spraying technology provides a powerful solution to solve these problems.

First, the main anti-corrosion materials:

1, zinc and zinc aluminum alloy: zinc coating as a cathode sacrifice layer, can provide strong electrochemical protection to prevent the corrosion of the base metal. In the Marine environment, zinc corrosion products form a stable zinc salt film on the surface, continuing to act as a barrier.

2, stainless steel: such as 316L stainless steel, with good pitting and crevice corrosion resistance, especially suitable for high chloride ion concentration of seawater environment.

3, nickel-based alloy: such as Inconel series, has a wide range of corrosive media tolerance, including seawater, salt spray, hydrogen sulfide, etc., suitable for offshore oil drilling platforms, Marine components and other high corrosion risk areas.

4. Aluminum: pure aluminum or aluminum alloy coating forms a natural oxide layer, which has strong resistance to seawater corrosion, especially in static seawater and low-speed flowing water.

5, composite ceramic materials: such as alumina, zirconia, etc., with high corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance, suitable for high temperature seawater environment or submarine hydrothermal vents and other harsh conditions.

Second, thermal spraying process advantages

1, immediate protection: Once the spray is completed, you can immediately provide anti-corrosion protection without waiting for additional curing time.

2, flexibility: can be sprayed on any shape and size of the surface of the object, wide adaptability.

3, the thickness is controllable: the coating thickness can be adjusted according to the severity of the corrosion environment, which not only saves materials but also ensures sufficient protective effect.

4, high bonding strength: through appropriate pretreatment and spray parameter Settings, you can obtain a coating that is closely combined with the base material and is not easy to fall off. z
