Spline Shaft Can Support Custom High Temperature And Corrosion

A spline shaft is a mechanical transmission element that transmits torque and power through a keyway on the shaft combined with a matching part. The structure of a spline shaft usually includes a longitudinal keyway on the shaft and a corresponding keyway of a rotating member set on the shaft, so as to keep the two rotating in sync. In some applications, the spline shaft can also slide lengthwise on the shaft, such as transmission shift gears.

The application of thermal spraying technology to splined shafts can bring the following benefits:

1.  Improve wear resistance ** : Thermal spraying can form a wear-resistant coating on the surface of the spline shaft, such as tungsten carbide alloy coating, which can significantly improve the wear resistance of the shaft and extend the service life.

5.  Extend the service life of the equipment : Through thermal spraying technology, the spline shaft can be strengthened and pre-protected, which is equivalent to "wearing protective clothing" to the shaft, thereby extending the service life of the entire equipment.
